Short listed in the Parracombe Prize short story competition

My short story Entrepreneur has been short listed in the Parracombe prize short story competition. My story will be included in their anthology and will be available for purchase from Monday 27th May onwards.

Entrepreneur was one of the first short stories I wrote after finishing university. Similar to Black Star (published last year), Entrepreneur has been living on my laptop for nearly nine years and I’m glad it has found a home. The prompt I gave myself for this story was ‘a picture tells a thousand words’ although the end product is actually double that size.
